The full Envision Shakopee planning team was in town July 18 – 19 to officially kick-off the planning process with the community. During the trip, planning consultants from MKSK (lead planning), HR&A (economic analysis) and Toole Design Group (transportation planning) met with a City Staff and Administration and were introduced at the July 18 City Council meeting. The planning team also toured the City and met with a wide variety of community stakeholders and groups to begin their understanding of issues and opportunities in the City.
