Envision Shakopee is a community-oriented, consensus-focused comprehensive planning process designed to inspire all who live, work, play and learn in the city of Shakopee to take part in defining a clear vision for the future of our city. The Envision Shakopee 2040 Comprehensive Plan will be a guidebook for the city’s vision and blueprint for the next 20 years.
